How are the bagels shipped to ensure freshness?
Our bagels are par-baked and flash-frozen immediately to lock in moisture and flavor. They are shipped in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your oven.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
All of our standard bagels are vegan (except for our egg bagels). At this time, we do not offer a gluten-free bagel as we pride ourselves on our traditional high-gluten flour recipe that creates our signature chew.
How should I store and reheat my bagels?
For the best experience, slice your bagels immediately upon arrival and store them in the freezer. To reheat, bake them in a 350°F oven for 5-8 minutes until the crust is crisp and the center is soft.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your distance from our Berkeley headquarters.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Can I customize my dozen?
Absolutely! You can choose the 'Build Your Own Dozen' option on our shop page to select your favorite flavors, from classic Sesame to our signature Everything bagel.
