Three Dozen Bagels

New York style bagels baked the way bagels are supposed to be made, with the highest quality  all natural ingredients and lots of love. Boichik bagels are slowly cold-proofed, boiled and then baked on wood boards and stone deck in a revolving tray oven. It's this traditional approach that got us featured in the New York Times, "The Best Bagels Are In California (sorry New York). Baked fresh and then frozen so please freeze your bagels as soon as you receive them.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our bagels will thaw during their journey so as soon as you receive them be sure to put them in your Freezer.

Once frozen take as many out that you want and put them directly in the toaster, they are pre-sliced for your convenience. Once frozen bagels stay fresh for up to six months.
